Amazon Attribution and Brand Referral Bonus not registering Sales
Hello,
Could a Mod look into Case ID 16348307301 (this is an Amazon Ads platform support case) pls.
The issue is about Amazon Attribution not registering Sales (Clicks are coming in, but not the ATC, nor the Sales), thus also no Brand Referral Bonus.
Pls have a look at the chat history to see the explanations on the sales attribution not working properly (since it is personal information, I don't display here). I am Brand Registered and my Tax information are up to date.
The case is open since Oct 5th without resolution so far.
As I see from searching the forum, this does not seem to be a global issue on Attribution but more an individual issue with my account.
