Amazon Auto-authorized, Auto Approves Returnless Refunds.
Hello, I sell CDs and Vinyl Records mostly, fulfilled myself and it has happened twice now that a customer gets a return less refund option auto approved by Amazon. This is on the Amazon.com (USA) marketplace. I do not have any rules set up authorising this and since the costs for the items and shipping are all out of pocket, I would like clarification on this issue.

Thank you for using the Forums. I have looked into this and found that your default return address is outside the USA, Amazon will provide approve returnless refunds for items equal or under 25 USD, as outlined in our policy below:
For international sellers without a default US return address:
Automated returnless refund: If you are fulfilling customer orders in the US from outside the US and a default US return address is not provided, Amazon will automatically issue the customer a returnless refund for eligible returns equal to or under 25 USD without requiring the item to be returned.
There are other scenarios in the help page provided, please review them and adjust accordingly. The best option you have to avoid is to provide a domestic return address, make sure to review the section for "Engaging a third-party international returns provider:"
