the product has been mistakenly classified as a "bath salt drug."
My product has been mistakenly classified as a "bath salt drug." Please note that our product is a cosmetic-grade bath additive intended solely for external use. It contains no synthetic cathinones.
The most frustrating part is that no matter what information I provide, I keep getting the same automated response: 'This product has been identified as an illegal bath salt drug. We prohibit the listing or sale on Amazon.com of bath salt style drugs.
This is really frustrating. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
