Help! Removal orders keep going to the wrong address

Removal orders keep being sent to my old address (my old university address). To my knowledge this address appears nowhere on our account? This has also happened to a friend of mine who runs an amazon store (removal orders sent to his address from two years ago). This is deeply embarrassing and I keep being sent messages to halt the removals by them. We check frequently to intercept but sometimes one gets through. What makes it worse is our account was recently deactivated and those removal orders we wouldn’t be able to change. Am I missing some obvious setting to change? Is this a well-known problem/there is someone I should contact?

Go to settings - fulfilment by amazon - Automated unfulfillable settings and check your return address
