Hello. I encountered a problem after uploading a new product to the listing. After uploading to the Amazon warehouse, I received a letter that my account was deactivated. Correspondence with support did not give anything, since they said that "Amazon can impose restrictions to ensure the safety, authenticity and compliance of products sold in our store with local and regional regulations. With questions about when they will give permission to sell, they answered me that "when you are asked to "Submit a request to sell", you will also receive information about what documents are needed to put the lot up for sale. Who has encountered this?

In addition to what @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EIhas stated (you REALLY need to read the Forum more) consider the following --

NOTE -- nearly ALL accounts get suspended immediately after they are opened while Amazon verifies your information so unless they sent you a suspension notice asking for more information it is most likely just temporary.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
