I submitted an appeal to reactivate my account and it was answered with ID# 9803857922. In response, I tried to upload proof of address in the identity section as per the instructions given in the answer. But unfortunately, I was not able to do that as there was no option to upload documents saying that your account is restricted so contact us to reactivate it. I am attaching the screenshot of that statement for your kind reference. Please guide me about any other way to provide the proof of address. And right now I am not even able to submit an appeal.
