Locked out!

My account has been deactivated, which is fine. I am not selling anymore. However I need my past sales history and payment history and all the data for filing purposes and for my taxes. On the seller central page I am stuck in a loop where anything I click on brings me back to the same screen telling me I am locked out. The only other page I can get to, is a page to change my payment information, but it is up to date! So I have no idea how to get at the historical info that I am needing. It is getting very scary. Please help! I need this info and I need in in the next 2 weeks!

Why was your account deactivated? You will likely need to resolve that before you have access to the reports you require.
