The Name and Tax ID provided do not match IRS records

Hello,

I have upgraded my seller account from individual to professional account. But I cannot completing my tax interview using Single member LLC. I have tried my name and entity name including EIN. But when I submit then "The Name and Tax ID provided do not match IRS records" occurred showing.

What should I do? Please help me !

If the name and tax ID do not match, you will need to reach out to the IRS directly to make sure your information matches with what they have on file. Even one letter misspeling can lead to that error.
