Seller Account is Locked due Unusual Activity
Please be informed that I have a new seller account, opened 2/3 months ago which account is Temporarily Hold due to unusual activity. That's why I can't login to my account. Maybe it requires some proof, like a passport / etc. I've tried to get support from Amazon, every time they replied automatically & says it's under review. But till now I'm waiting for 2 months & not getting any solution. My account was login through different IP address which may be an issue.
I got a reply which said me to sign in & follow on screen instructions. But, I can't sign in, That's why I can't do that. Earlier one reply was asking to upload my Govt ID, But I didn't get access to upload it.
Till now I'm not clear what To do??
How can I get help from them?

If you have already worked with Selling Partner Support, I’d be happy to start investigating if you could provide me with the case ID.
