Amazon Suppressed Listing After We Updated our Image
Hi There!
We are facing an issue where Amazon suspended our listing due to our main image that changed. We opened a case and sent them a picture of our physical product that matches the digital main image.
The support team is extremely bad and not helpful. They keep the listing down and they seems to be robots.
Can a real human help on this case so the damage can stop on our Small Canadian Business...

Following on your post. After having a look, I notice you request the closure of the case, from our end we will not be able to review further. When this action happens, all investigations will be closed as well. If you're still having troubles, a new case will be need for further assistance.
