Unable to ship using Amazon Partnered Carrier ( We encountered an error with your carrier selection. )

Hello Team, We sent over 15 shipments using the same address and same SKU. For the past 4 days, we suddently started getting this error message and the ATS is grayed out. It's also worth to mention that even the 3rd party carrier does not work. Something going on with Amazon seller central workflow and the support team kept copy/paste their generic response without reading our messages or even checking the screenshots. We tried different browsers, different workflows and all end up the same issue.

We even tried to ship a dog leash and still unable to pick any of the carrier service. We encountered an error with your carrier selection. Please try creating a shipment again in a few minutes

Note: make sure to add a valid ship from address and avoid selecting any Hazmat item

hello there.

Same for me am also getting the same error message i contacted support multiple times told them entire error but they simply close the case or say you may be shipping hazardous item. Or your ship from address is out of coverage. But am not sending that product for first time with ats am replenishing my inventory. Moreover my ship from address is also same as before through which i scheduled pickup.

If you found any solution kindly tell me also there's too much inventory to be sent by me that is currently stuck

i'm encountering the same issue now, has anyone managed to understand what is causing this? none of the items are hazmat and the shipment is over 5kgs as was recommended, not sure how to proceed after this
