OUT OF POLICY RETURN

I am recieving fake return request again and again from same person, easy ship is rejecting the return due to fake return but Amazon is again and again authorising new requests , Also the return is out of policy still return is being authorised
I need help as this is unfair and I am receiving fake product from West Bengal, please check the matter as this out of policy and fraud is being committed

Could you provide more details about why you believe the return is out of policy and why you consider it to be fraudulent?
Additionally, have you reported this issue to Seller Support? If so, could you please share the case ID?
