Intellectual policy violation

Hello,

Thank you for your attention.

We received intellectual policy violation complaint for 5 products, that we haven't sell yet, we just listed those products in our inventory and because of that complaint our account got deactivated.

Amazon asked us for LOA and invoices for those product, the problem is that we do have invoice but we don't have LOA and we contacted supplier about LOA for these products but they are not replying us.

What we can do to reactivate our account.

Have you got an example ASIN you listed on?

It doesn't matter that you didn't sell, as you could have been reported by another seller. Either they have created a fake listing, or they have an exclusivity to sell this item on amazon in the UK.

Amazon does not allow listings that violate the intellectual property rights of brands or other rights owners.

In order to sell the products seller's should have proper approval and authorization from the respected brands and the right's owner.

If you believe that the complaint is false and if you are registered with "Intellectual property" or have authorization for Copyright, Trademark, Patent or Parallel imports please provide the related documents through "Submit Appeal" button in your Account Health Dashboard.

If the above mentioned violations are flagged for any of the below above reasons mentioned kindly submit the below documents accordingly as per the requirements:

Trademark: Invoices or Letter of Authorization (LOA) or Licensing Agreement (LA)

Patent: Letter of Authorization (LOA) or Licensing Agreement (LA)

Copyright: A Letter of Authorization (LOA) or Licensing Agreement (LA) from Rights Owner
