According to Amazon's Low-Price FBA rates (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GJTAVU7P2W2VE8Q9), products priced under $10 qualify for reduced FBA fees - specifically $0.77 less than standard rates.

There could be several reasons why you're seeing lower-priced soap listings:

  1. They might be benefiting from these reduced Low-Price FBA rates
  2. Their products might be classified in a different size tier
  3. Some sellers might be operating at very low or no profit margins
