How to get sales report of an ASIN for a year period
Hi, Friends,
I got IP complaint and Amazon asked for the invoices cover the sales volume during the 365 days before the complaint date. Therefore I need to know the sales volume of this ASIN for particuler 365 days. I checked the Reports->Fulfillment->Sales->All Orders and Reports->Business Reports->By ASIN->Detail Page Sales and Traffic. Even thoug I can set the time frame to be 365 days, both reports retuned only a month's data. Does anyone know how to deal with this? Thank you very much!

They are requesting your invoices not your sales volume.

Hello @Seller_MwtoZZ72y4Sfj,
Thank you for posting on the Seller Forums.
I understand that you have received an intellectual property (IP) complaint and you would like to know how to find your sales volume for that particular ASIN for the last 365 days, so you can provide the correct quantity in your appeal. Before we jump into how to find the sales volume I would like to provide more information about IP complaints. Any documents you submit to resolve an IP complaint must meet our document requirements found below:
These documents:
- Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
- Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
- Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
I suggest to check your documents against these requirements to see if they match up. If one requirement is not met, the submission can be denied until all requested information has been provided.
Now, if you would like to learn the sales volume of a particular ASIN for the last 365 days, copy the ASIN and navigate to the orders tab>manage orders in seller central. From there you will see a search bar on the right>filter the drop-down for "ASIN" and also filter the date range to "last 365 days">click search. The amount of sales for that ASIN will display for the last 365 days.
I hope you find this information helpful. If you have any further questions or updates, please feel free to respond in this thread. The Seller Forums community and I are here to assist you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
