If your customers have used the EAN code on the product then you should list on the same listing as your customers.

It is against Amazon policy to create a duplicate listing, although many sellers do this.

Obviously you will impact your customers sales, is this what you want to do?

Depends a lot on how the customers have listed the product. If you already have an EAN on the product - and the customer used this EAN then yes, you should actually place your offer on this listing.

However, if they have listed under their own brand or anything - this complicates matters.
