A seller has Replicated my Listing Images and A+ Content
A seller has replicated the design of our images in his listing and A+ Content. The images and EBC highly resembles our images desing and layout. And the text he used is 100% same as ours.
What can we do in this case. We have brand registry and a registered trademark.

If you see another seller copying your images or texts, please report through the Report a Violation tool and file under Trademark infringement.
My suggestion for you is to state only facts of what is copied in the description.
