Company Stamp Needed for Self-Attestation Letter?

I recently opened a Canada Amazon Seller account and part of the process was to submit a self-attestation letter. On Seller Central Help, Amazon provides a reference document. I followed exactly how the reference document was laid out and created my self-attestation letter, however, my document was not accepted. The reason that my document was not accepted was because my document was not stamped with a company stamp. The reference document provided on Seller Central Help also does not have a company stamp, so I was a bit confused.

Could someone help provide an example of what they did for the company stamp requirement? Can I create my own digital company stamp? Or, does the stamp have to be a physical stamp?

I use the below stamp on the documents I have had to submit to Amazon.

Do a Google search for this "generate company stamp"

Use one of the free ones, like mystampready or companystampgenerator. I cannot include the www or com

Put your full company name and registration number on the stamp.

Download the image and put it on the bottom of the letter.

Now you have a company stamp.
