Amazon incorrectly restricted my items and is refusing to reimburse

Amazon lost my inventory and is saying that my items are restricted and not eligible for reimbursement. According to the reimbursement policy and the FBA prohibited items they keep sending me over and over, my items do not fall into any of the categories listed. Therefore, Amazon incorrectly identified my items and restricted them. I cannot get a straight answer as to why my items were restricted/blocked.
Has anyone had this happen to them? My inventory is just gone, I believe they disposed of them.

This happens all the time in Canada for collectables amazon thinks are toys.
