Amazon Requesting NPN/DIN for Non-Medicinal Cosmetic Masks – Need Help!
We’ve been running into an issue with Amazon asking us for NPN and DIN numbers for our cosmetic masks, even though these products don’t require them (ASINs B0D3F57RT4, B0D3V1WN55, B0D4MD5ZZS, B0CQXDSSKH ) . We’ve made sure there are no therapeutic claims in our listings and confirmed that there are no medicinal ingredients in the masks, so applying for an NPN or DIN isn’t even possible.
Despite filing multiple appeals and explaining the situation, we keep getting the same generic response from Amazon. It’s incredibly frustrating, and we’re not sure how to move forward.
