Buyer opened A-z claim and claimed product damaged without actually receving the item.
I sold a monitor around $330 on June 17, and shipped out the product on the same day. At the night of June 17, the buyer opened a return request for the product claiming it's damaged without actually receiving the product yet.
Then, the moment the product arrived on June 20, buyer opened a A-z claim wanting refunding but amazon denied their refund request and asking them to return it for a full refund.
June 28. Now buyer finally say they going to returning the product, but they said it has been opened and tested. If the item returned damaged, what's the best options? Safe-T claim? and should I refund first then start a Safe-T claim? Thanks

Hello @Seller_DN65WqyFIt7Qd
If the monitor is returned to you and it is damaged, then you may process a partial refund. If it is damaged you may withhold a restocking fee from the refund.
