Best Deal not working today?

We're running a "best deal" starting today May 13th. On our Seller Central Deals page, it shows "running". But in reality, it's not running and the normal (every-day) price is what it's selling for.

I have heard from another seller that this is happening to them today too. Is anybody else experiencing this today? And have you gotten any information from Amazon about what's going on, and if/when it will be fixed? Amazon hasn't responded to our support case yet.

I wanted to make sure you had this help page focused on troubleshooting active and suppressed deals, but if those solutions don't help address this issue. Please feel free to share your case ID here in the thread so I can take a closer look from my end.
