Registering Brand Representative role
I received the email below from the support team to set up a brand representative. They provided steps however when I attempt to follow the steps, I don't see a "manage selling accounts option in the brand registry portal. Its just asking me to register my brand, even though its already registered. Does anyone know how to set up a brand representative?
"Hello from Amazon Advertiser Support,
My name is Veronica.
I understand that you have issues to access Amazon Attribution. I apologize about the inconvenience.
We have identified that your account doesn't have Brand Representative role required to enable the Amazon Attribution benefit.
If you are a brand Administrator, you can assign the Brand Representative role on Brand Registry portal on Manage > Manage Selling Accounts > Connect a selling account. Please be aware that you will need the Merchant Token for the Seller Central account you want to add.
If not, you must contact the brand Administrator and request assignment of the role. Amazon does not share brand Administrator contact information.

Are you trying to set someone else up as a Brand Representative? I can see that you already are one for this brand but only a brand admin can assign roles and I see that there is only one of those which is someone separate from you.
