As I see this brand is not enrolled in Brand Registry, my recommendation to you is to report this through Report Abuse under the Product detail page violates Amazon's policies or is misleading customers tab and choose "The product listing is a duplicate of another product listing".
Please send me the complaint ID that's generated once that's complete!
