Lost Featured offer eligiblity although metrics are under threshold and account is healthy

Hi admins,

Would like to request enabling our featured offer as our metrics are meeting all required targets and account is healthy. We have had this issue for a few weeks now and have been asking seller support to enable featured offer but still offer not featured offer eligible. Here is the case id 17086567741. This has impacted our sales drastically down. Our metrics are good and account health is perfect. Can you please look into this and help in this matter?

We understand that you are facing issue regarding your sales is getting low,

We have checked your account status from the back end and confirmed that your account is in good standing and there is no technical glitch or other factors affecting your account’s visibility and performance on Amazon. Also, we have confirmed that all the current active listings in your inventory are available for sale to be purchased by the buyers of Amazon.

Your offers are eligible to be the Featured Offer for these ASINs.

However, being eligible does not guarantee your offer will become the Featured Offer. Even if your listing is not featured in the Offer Display, your products can still be purchased through selecting "See All Buying Options" or "Other Sellers on Amazon." Selling Partner Support will not be able to provide any further information.

To find out if any of your items are eligible for the Featured Offer:

1. In Seller Central, go to your Manage Inventory page and then click Preferences.

2. Select Featured Offer (Buy Box) Eligible, and at the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
