DPD/EVRI BUY SHIPPING LABELS ON SATURDAYS

Hi @Sarah_Amzn @Roberto_Amazon @Julia_Amzn

For the last 3 weeks we have been unable to purchase DPD or EVRI labels for a lot of our Saturday Prime orders, only Prime orders. We have been using them for years and have them still collect every Saturday despite the lack of orders the last few weeks.

This is only for Saturday orders for some reason and once past the Prime time threshold they show up again to purchase a label for the weekdays. Can you or anyone advise as to what has changed or if there is a way to fix this? We are obviously falling foul on metrics now which is a massive issue.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi. We are having the same issue, which started three weeks ago. Amazon is not helpful at all. As usual, they try to blame everything and everyone but themselves.

Amazon tried to say that it was due to DPD restrictions. I spoke to DPD, and there is no issue at their end. Then they said that it was due to my shipping settings. I checked; there is nothing wrong there.

Hopefully someone finally figures out how to fix it.

@Seller_M80BFolQ0DS7m Is there any change on your account? It allowed us to print labels last Saturday. I don't know what's changed. However, all of the orders were marked delivered by Monday. I haven't changed anything on my account, so I guess Amazon is addressing the issue without officially owning up to it.

I also received another "COPY & PASTE" response from seller support. I wonder how many times one can repeat the same thing for them to read it and create a response that makes some sense.
