suspended for having an open card and you guys aren't taking the money out of it

im completely new to seller central and amazon keeps saying add a charge method and when i do with an open available card they take the money and keep saying charge method not working or i get suspended for no reason at all im sick and tired of it and you guys still haven't did anything to fix it because i know im not the only one amazon get you shi together and allow people to do what they need to do i waited a whole month to sell and now i cant because amazon doesn’t know how to function their stuff properly and to top it off you guys take the money and send it right back and still suspend me like dud can i get a break?!

amazon doesn’t know how to function their stuff properly

You are new, so calm down.

You have to add a CREDIT card as "Charge Method" not a debit or a prepaid. Amazon will charge a debit without problem, but they need a CREDIT card for identifying you.

I see that the credit card you added on your account was rejected while our system performs verification on it. This can be due to your bank blocking or flagging charges for services you never used before.

First, please call your bank and see if the verification charges were flagged, if they were, let them know that you are attempting to create a seller account with Amazon.

If that wasn't case, then you will have to use a different card. We are not able to see why the verification was rejected, so please reach out to your banking institution for clarification.
