voice of customer - very poor list, but not true
Hello- I am looking for some advises here..
we have a asin listed under very poor listings due to recent customers' returns. Customers wrote untrue feedbacks when they requested the return, but none of these products returned to us are our products. We are either waiting to file safe T claim or appealing A-Z claim related to these orders. I have sent messages with pictures to customers when we received the returns. But this asin still listed under the "very poor listing".
Could someone from support please give me some advises on this situation? How can I get this asin remove from the "very poor listing" as they are not ture? Thank you very much.
