Cannot list my product
I am having trouble listing my product, and I received the following message:
"We have completed our review and concluded that the ASINs for the requested brand “Brand name” already exist in the catalog with different Product Type details."
I applied for USPTO and then applied for brand registry, but it is still pending. I want to list my product ASAP, so I tried to list my branded product through the Amazon Seller Brand Approval Application, but I received this error. It is a nightmare to list my first product on Amazon after I spent lots of money on the order and USPTO application.

Hello there!
Since the brand name you're using is already in use on the site, Brand Registry is going to be the way to go in order to list under it since your trademark will be used to differentiate the two brands.
Please attach any documents you have that contain the tax ID and/or Brand Registration number enclosed to the appeal case you submitted and I can escalate that to the team!
