Deleting and Relisting New ASIN
I recently created new listings for 6 products under my approved brand and planned to use the UPC barcode. At the last minute, I changed my mind and wanted to pivot to Amazon FNSKUs barcodes.
To do so, I had to create new listings with new SKUs under the same ASINs. Now, the brand name won't "lock" on the listings now and the A+ content manager is saying the ASINs aren't affiliated with my brand.
My question is - will this lead to future issues down the road (listing hijacking, restrictions on what I can do with the listings, etc.) and should I just create fresh listings, with fresh UPCs and fresh ASINs?

WHY? Where did you hear that?
If you put the UPC from GS1 or the FNSKU on your product has nothing to do with your listing creation! That is a setting you set in your "Fulfillment by Amazon" settings BEFORE creating your shipping plan.
Now you have TWO listings for each ASIN, isn't it? Just delete the second ones and use the first ones you created with UPCs from GS1. Then go change the settings as I said and you can send them with FNSKU instead of UPC.
