Search suppressed

We have pending approval for our Brand. I received an email last week stating that our brand application has been approved. However, our search is still suppressed for our product. What is my next step for being able to sell our product

Hello @Seller_1SzOX9empMHgd,

I have reviewed your ASIN's and I am not seeing any issues with your products being search suppressed, however, you can create a case with Seller Support if you are having issues with one of your ASIN's that you would like them to review. Ensure that you provide them with the ASIN(s) you would like them to review and they can investigate, however, since your items were just added to the catalog, they will take time to show up in the search results and will rank higher as customers find and purchase your items.

I would also recommend that you change your main image from showing just the case of your product to one single box, with one of your items displayed with it, just as your competitors are doing. You can view the image requirements here. You should also update your title to have your brand at the beginning and then change each of them to '1000 Count' and at the end put (case of 10 boxes). Here is the title requirements policy. This will help your customers find your products. Your bullet points are quite long as well, keep them short and to the point. An average customer doesn't want to spend more than a minute looking over your product to make their decision. If there is too much information to read, they may just move to the next listing.

I hope this is helpful. If you need help after Seller Support investigates your case, please provide me with the case ID so I can take a look.

Regards,

Michelle
