Customer trying to scam
Hi,
is there a way to report customers who is clearly commited fruad and trying to scam sellers. I had a customer who refused to accept delivery on time then finally accept after the 3rd attempt. he then ask to return for refund claiming item was late. when i receive the item it was not only open but also used with pet hair stuck in the hose of the carpet cleaner. Clearly the buyer had no items of keeping the item as was being strategic with his approach where he would be eligible for refund with A-z claim. When he return the item I kept asking for tracking for several days before he provided it to me waiting days after delivery. The return was sent to courier warehouse so there is no way i would known until receiving the tracking. 702-2968070-0727427. I personally think there should be a way to flag customers who commit these kinds of scams.

Amazon will not pass on any information about your specific report, but it is hoped that a serial abuser, if reported enough times, will be flagged by Amazon.

Following on your post. As per peer seller mentioned (Thank you so much for your assistance) When you suspect from a buyer that may have wrong intentions, my advice will be for you to report it.
You can report this on the report abuse tool.
For investigations of this nature, it is standard protocol to maintain confidentiality regarding the final resolution and any actions taken. If actions are deemed necessary, the appropriate parties will be directly notified and necessary steps will be taken accordingly.
