I have been trying to request a call from Amazon for the past 5 days and done over 20 chats asking for a call and emails but no call back

i have had the wrost support from amazon then any company i have had to deal with. the level of their support is so bad when i do get to talk to them i can bearly hear them and they have kids screaming in the background and have been less then useful.
i think i will simply close my account and continue giving my money and fees to eBay and Etsy.

The Ebay Support team is just the best. I have an issue, I can chat or get a callback and it gets sorted out straight away on that contact. No messing about, no having to repeat myself to several agents after receiving template responses that didn't answer my query or that are plainly not even related to my issue. If Ebay did a "Fulfillment by Ebay", I'd transition my business there in a matter of weeks.
