FAILED Disbursement payment, NO response from Merchant Credit Ops team over a month

I initiated a payment disbursement on 8/16/24 at 4:11 pm in the amount of $25,415.66, but the Payout Status was marked by Amazon as "FAILED", and the funds never showed up again on my payment account. I have had many other successful payment disbursements since this FAILED disbursement.
I received my disbursement for the invoiced orders on the same day just this one failed.
Background info:
- My account is on Express Payout.
- I have used the same bank account to receive payment disbursements from Amazon before the failed and after the failed.
- I do not have any Performance notifications, nor payment holds.

CR back here again. After reviewing your case #'s (thank you!), I am going to reach out to the appropriate partner team here to see if we can get some additional details to what took place with the failed payment on 8/16/2024.
