Upload receipts or invoices
Hi guys,
Freshman here, i recently contacted Amazon support but haven’t received a response yet, which is unusual since they’re typically very prompt. Could someone guide me on the steps to upload my receipts to Amazon as proof of my product’s authenticity?

STOP-receipts are not a valid document to prove authenticity, supply chain and/or your authorization to sell the product.

Hi there, CR here and wanted to hop in and supplement what fellow community members @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9and @Seller_kIukTwdhvntApprovide above. These below resources are important ones to review and understand as well. I'd echo the suggestion of spending as much time as you can in Seller University as there is a ton to learn and absorb. Many sellers go through this information several times before jumping in. Please take a moment to also review the below:
- Guidelines to Sourcing
- Sourcing Playbook
- Invoice Requirements
- Letter of Authorization
- Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements

For anyone that is unaware, the rules HAVE CHANGED! Note the :
