My account has been deactivated because Amazon claims that I did not provide documents listing the shareholders of my company. In Canada, this information is on the Corporate Profile, which is a document that provides current, publicly available information about a corporation registered in Canada. I have sent this along with the Statement of Individuals with Control.

Amazon wants me to also provide an Annual Return, which you cannot do in Canada until the one year anniversary of the date of incorporation. Amazon Support does not seem to understand this.

I am at a loss on what to do as my listings have been deactivated even though I provided all legitimate documents.
