Fake Buyer Complaint regarding product authenticity & Amazon rejects brand authorization letter

My product has 100% customer satisfaction. But, one suspicious buyer had some issues.
Order ID: 406-1357889-8998731
This buyer complainted that product quality is not good and its not authentic. He filed a voilation with Amazon, but Amazon is rejecting the brand authorization letter I got from the brand as authenticity proof.
Also, the buyer is happy with the product as when asked to return the product for refund, there is no reponse after this.
I spent a lot of time & money on this listing & Amazon abruptly removed the listing for no reason. There is no way to report this complaint as fake on Amazon.
I am not sure whom to contact now. Better stay away from Selling on Amazon, there is no help from Amazon.
