It happened suddenly and a bit frustratingly. My account was suspended for no reason. And I was selling original and authentic products on Amazon from beginning to end. I didn’t sell any counterfeit products. I only saw that the suspension email showed an early OCULUS game controller product following listings selling used thing. But this is an authentic product from the original factory. I even still have the wholesale email from when the OCULUS store was still there a few years ago. Later, OCULUS sold it to META.

This misidentification of counterfeit goods can the Amazon store be reopened? thank you all

If you purchased it from their "STORE" meaning their retail website, you do NOT have an "invoice", you have a receipt.

Some important questions and the ability to recover depends on the answers --

Did they ask you for your tax exempt number and paperwork when you bought the item(s)?

DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?

If the answer is NO, you are most likely done selling here.

As noted by @NEVERLAST, if this was purchases through their website this may be a receipt or order confirmation which may not contain the required information to verify they were property sourced or received. I also wanted to confirm how long ago these were purchases? The statement you made makes it seem like they were sourced a long time ago.
