HFSS ISSUE FROM ADVERTISING
Hi,
Can anyone help, my product has incorrectly been flagged as HFSS I have tried everything, I keep going back and forth between Amazon ads and seller support they tell me it will be sorted but I cannot still advertise, as we approach quarter 4 it’s had a massive impact on my sales under my best seller.
I will be looking to complain to the competitions and market authority and Amazon legal department in London.
They seem to allow advertising of products that are sold and fulfilled by Amazon. So Amazon have the monopoly always.
There rules do not make any sense, and they are breaching the laws here in the U.K.

I have this issue as well. Amazon waited a week before Black Friday and shut down our ads citing 'flagged as HFSS'.
Seller Support confirmed that our listing is not HFSS however the ads team has refused to restart our ads!
We sell Beauty products so stating that its HFSS is absurd!

I am having the same problem, Mine is just a sleep supplement,
no matter what i do, i dont fall under any of the 13 categories, I also completed the HFSS regulation scoring, I fall well under
Still rejecting me with generic replies. not sure what to do
I am FBA too!!!!!
