"50+ Units Sold Not Showing on Buyer Portal"

My product sold over 50 units last month, but this is not being reflected on the buyer portal, where it usually displays for other products in the same category. Since this update is managed on the back end and cannot be addressed by me or customer support, what steps can I take to resolve this issue?
