Listing Amendments Not Updating

I am making amendments to my ASIN's via the Inventory page. I can see them, but Amazon can't, and is now starting to de-activate my listings. They told me to use a flat file. I did, but was getting a Trademark error, despite using the required Amazon terminology in the title, description and bullet points. Only to be told that I need to make a complete update via the flat file instead of a partial. They then told me this would only work 80% of the time. The other 20% I'd have to delete the ASIN and recreate it after 24hrs. Is there a solution or am I the only one with this problem. I'm losing the will.....
