How to protect buyers and sellers from Abusive sellers who sells in your listing (without UAEME trademark registered)?
Me and many other sellers in my category (all leaders) have issue with new Seller. We sell our own branded products, worked on our design, branding, listings. This new seller added offers to our listings. In my listing he sells completely different products with easy ship model. I did test order on my listing and have proof with pictures that it is not my product. This seller sent me product with completely different box design, different product functional, box content. So, he sells counterfeit.
I reported this abuse to Amazon Account Health Dashboard (category “The product received is different than the product on the detail page (different version, model or product”) by link https://sellercentral.amazon.com/abuse-submission/form/different-product-received
Report ID 9936570402. 2 business days passed, but I didn’t get sign of any action from the Investigation team, seller is still selling materially different products in my braded listing. I also got standard email from Investigation team, referring me to submit case in Sales Support or Brand registry. I submitted case in Support, they recommended to resubmit new report in Account Health Dashboard and said that they cant help. I resubmitted abuse in Account Health Dashboard (ID 9938825522) but it was also not reviewed, saying that my report is duplicated.
I am owner of my brand and my trademark is registered in USPTO but unfortunately, still not able to submit violation in Brand registry (cant use functionality “Report counterfeit”), as my trademark is not registered in UAEME yet (it takes time as we all know).
So, a couple weeks passed since this new seller appeared and keep ruining customer experience and listings in the whole category due to counterfeits but unfortunately I don’t see action taken from Amazon to protect me or other branded sellers from this abusive new seller. Possibly, as in my case, because reports in Account Health Dashboard are not investigated.
Please, advice how I can protect my listings and customers until I register my trademark in UAEME? How can I get my reports reviewed by the investigation team?
Due to the fact that after 2 business days my old reports were not investigated, I resubmitted new report today (ID 9944847682) with hope, that it will be finally investigated. How can I escalate this case to ensure that someone have a look into it?

dont expect any good results from brand registry team uae ,anyone can list or abuse your products in amazon, as long as amazon is getting thier share, they dont care

Sorry to hear about this problem. Selling on amazon is very difficult these days. Anyways this is not a solution but you can try this method. You can directly message the seller through amazon buyer seller system. Inform him that you have an authorized trade mark and you didn't authorize him to sell on amazon platform. Also he is breaking amazon seller policy and selling Fake goods. Send him the picture of the fake good (If you have to) and let him know you will file a police complaint if he doesn't stop selling fake goods. Maybe this can stop him from hijacking your product and avoid such interactions in the future.

Contact them directly and say you will file a lawsuit against them if they dont remove their product from yours ..
