Urgent Help Needed – Missing Removal Shipment, No Resolution from Amazon Support

I’m reaching out for advice because I’ve hit a dead end with Amazon support regarding a missing removal shipment.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, all I’ve received are repetitive, copy-and-paste responses that don’t address my concerns.
Case ID: 10752212912 and 10727100792
The shipment in question was delivered by Amazon’s own driver, yet support keeps telling me to “contact my carrier,” which makes no sense.
The Proof of Delivery (POD) provided is meaningless screenshot stating Delivered (In pact, this is what I see on my end, precisely why I get worried and reached out to them) —it does not confirm delivery to my correct address or intended recipient.
61 units are still missing, even though Amazon’s system marks the order as delivered on 01-17-2025.
This missing shipment was expected to arrive together with another shipment (79 units), which I did receive, but only one box was handed over by the driver.
How can I escalate this further when Amazon just kept on responding with a generic copy and paste answers and refuses to investigate properly?
Has anyone successfully gotten Amazon to engage with the delivery driver for confirmation and real proof (like a signed receipt or photographic evidence)?
What are my options if Amazon refuses to take responsibility for a missing removal shipment?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as this issue is affecting my business operations. Thank you in advance for your help!
