This is my 6 months long long battle with Amazon where i have 2 ASIN under the same parent ASIN, meaning they are the same item, same size and packaging but different in color.

Initially they were under LARGE STANDARD when i listed them and eventually the tier changed for one of the ASIN into LARGE BULKY whith completely a different FBA fee.

I raised a dispute back and forth giving them all the proof of the images and finally it reached to a level wheree images of the warehouse was taken and sent.

After months of battle, they adjust the FBA for only one of the ASIN and leaving the other, i replied requesting them to update the other ASIN since they are the same product with different color., guess what, the new agent readjusted back to old FBA which was significatly higher and mentioned it was rejected. Back to square one. Clearly shows the agent did not run the case properly. Then what purpose of the image from the warehouse has?

These are the images below from the warehouse and they are clearly meeting the requirement but the case being handled by a different suppor staff not understand and giving us nothing but pain. I have not launched my product for months because of this ongoing issue.
