Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document
Hi Amazon despite reading through all the forum comments we cannot find an answer to the additonal information you require (Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document (statement of Capital/ Annual return/ share register).) We are a UK company and have sent this information from our Companies House account, but you are still rejecting this? Can you please let us know exactly what information you require?

Unfortunately while you are on Amazon forums, we are just fellow sellers and therefore do not have access to your account to find out what information is missing.
Are there any discrepancies between the information on Companies house and your Amazon account? Amazon is mostly run by Bots so sometimes it can be as pedantic and Companies House having “1 Some Road” and Amazon having “1 Some Rd”
If there are nothing like this and everything matches exactly, please post the rejection letter you got (removing any personal information ofc) and we can try to help you.
