listing hijacked by a chinese seller
Hi we were just reselling on a listing for almost 2 years for a local Brooklyn based brand.
They did not have brand registry.
Some how some Chinese sellers changed the brand name on the listing and connected it with their brand registry and then added a variation of ear phone to hijack the listings reviews and ranking.
Now Amazon is asking us to apply for approval for the brand that he has brand registry for but its not the same brand as the product we are selling since he changed the brand name on the listing.
Also the variation he created is different the original product we are selling is toothpaste and he added a variation of some Chinese made earphones.

Thanks,
