Not receiving SMS order notification
Is anyone else having this issue? I have always gotten text notifications when FBM orders have come in but they stopped a day and a half ago and now I am only getting them by email which I don't have access to when I'm away from the house. I didn't make any changes in my settings it just stopped working. Also if I try sending a text back to the usual text numberI don't get any kind of error code in return like I have in the past. Is it just not working right now?

Same here. I believe it started when I updated to IOS 17.03 I have checked all my notification settings on both the OS and the AMZ app. Everything is correct...

Same here. The last text I got was Friday, 4:26pm EST. We have had many orders since then.

Same. I didnt receive any all weekend. Actually logged in Saturday night and saw that there were a lot of orders that came in but I never received a text about them.

Yes, the same. I thought it disappeared because my phone settings, however nothing changed.

Same here. I have not been receiving SMS order notifications since last week either. I even cleared my number and verified and Seller Settings (got those messages) and still don't get order texts as usual. Has to be on Amazon's end.

We are not getting texts as well. They stopped last Thursday or Friday. No texts whatsoever.

Yes, I'm having the same problem. Started Friday. I also did not change anything in my settings. Tried re-setting my notification preferences and got the Amazon one-time code on my phone. Now I need to wait for that increasingly elusive sale to see if that worked. This Amazon nonsense has become very tiresome. Total incompetence.
