Images are blurred, sharpened and distorted.

We have noticed the quality of the images are blurred, sharpened and distorted.

Please help us to fix or advice on this issue?

This has been reported to seller support several times recently, but with no helpful response. The only solution I found from another forum poster was to re-size detail images to 500 pixels on the longest size.

Hi there @Seller_OZxWKSfnuDwrY,

In general that warping or distortion can be associated with issues with the original image, the dimensions of the image, or the file type. I would recommend reviewing the technical requirements on the Product Image Requirements help page. If you are still not able to resolve this issue please reply with your most recent Seller Support Case on this issue and I will see what escalation options exist. Thank you for your understanding.

The image down sampling issue ( non zoomable ) has been in amazon system for months, maybe a year or more. Amazon has yet to come up with a solution. Yes you are required to upload images with 1000px, but once on the server, it's down scaled to roughly 600px, blurry and horribly grainy. That's what is shown to the customers.

At present time, the is no fix that can be done by sellers. The issue is on amazon image server side.
