I’ve received the below email, even I’ve submitted my invoice with supplier information, could any seller help me with this, please.

My invoice has the product picture and packing picture, supplier information.I got product packing picture from front, please advise your help, I am struggling the get them which in below.Thanks,

Invoice:

• We were not able to verify the supplier information listed on the invoice provided. Please provide an invoice with valid, verifiable supplier information.

Product Packaging Picture:

• The images provided do not meet the EU labelling guidelines, which state that the label must contain the business name and address of the manufacturer. Please provide product images that meet this requirement.

• Please provide images of the physical product, showing each side of the product packaging.

• The product shown in the product packaging photos cannot be found on the invoice you submitted. Please provide an invoice showing purchase of the same product shown in your product packaging photos.
