A to Z Claim - Customer claimed non receipt, delivered later on that day, 3 days later claim

Hopefully someone can clarify, this item was attempted to be delivered. The customer was not in. Then on the 3rd of March the customer messages advising they don't need it anymore and they have purchased a replacement elsewhere and want a refund.
Parcel delivered later on the same day and then an A to Z 3 days later with no further contact.
I know its probably silly to ask but do I have a leg to stand on?

1) do you know if the 1st valid delivery attempt was on time with order delivery eta
2) just to understand correctly, the item/order was delivered 3 days BEFORE the buyer even filed the A to Z claim?
3) did the buyer win the claim and have you checked if it was amazon or seller (you) funded? as sometimes they can refund the buyer out of their own pocket
finally 4) what kind of metrics have you got for delivery, tracking, does it show a picture, GPS, or a signature ?
also most importantly did you ship the item by the deadline amazon gave you and did you upload that same tracking number by the deadline also and does the tracking support you to show it was dispatched on time by the dispatch date?
